The Discussion Begins Here
Welcome to the banter. In these pages, you will find a series of articles about the many elements that Budo encompasses. The discussion is not restricted solely to Okinawan or Japanese martial arts. I would like to discuss combat and self defence systems from all across the globe. So if there is an art out there that is lesser known, let me know. Together, let's let the world know of its existence.
Also in the banter is my random rantings about martial arts. These are my thoughts and opinions about martial arts, life, application(s) of Budo in real life, and just very generic discussions about the world around me; though as much as possible, from a budo perspective.
I thought of including a section on leadership. Martial arts strategy is widely taught in some of the world's leading business schools. It forms an integral part of the curriculum, aimed at making managers and key decision-makers competent in the competitive global corporate environment. As a martial artist by passion with a management career by profession, I thought of sharing some insights of applying Budo in business.
