Shorin Ryu Seibukan
An authentic style of traditional Okinawan Karate-do, Shorin Ryu Seibukan keeps the Karate of the legendary Sensei Chotoku Kyan alive.
The Seibukan dojo was founded in 1962 by one of Kyan Sensei's top disciples, the late Hanshi (10th Dan) Zenryo Shimabukuro. His son, Hanshi (10th Dan) Zenpo Shimabukuro, is the current President of the International Okinawan Shorin Ryu Seibukan Karate-do Association (IOSSKA).
Each traditional kata has remained unchanged over the decades, practiced today exactly as taught to the late Zenryo Sensei.
